EIT’s LEDCure® family of UV radiometers provides highly accurate and portable measurement of UV output from industrial LED UV systems. Designed for use directly in the curing environment, the LEDCure measures irradiance (W/cm²), energy density (J/cm²), and irradiance profile, offering valuable insights into your curing processes. Featuring patented Total Measured Optic Response (TMOR™) technology, LEDCure offers absolute energy measurements with accuracy and repeatability comparable to larger, more expensive metrology-based instruments.
Unparalleled Accuracy and Repeatability:
The LEDCure’s performance is validated through rigorous testing. Comparison with a laboratory-grade integrating sphere demonstrates exceptional accuracy, with differences averaging just 0.1% and a maximum of 2.4%. Resolution is also impressive, at 3 mW (0.0075%) for a 40W unit. Matching between units is within ±0.021% of standard deviation, and repeatability is typically better than ±0.2%, ensuring consistent and reliable measurements.
